I'm leaving tomorrow, a 12:30 flight to Newark... then 14 hours to New Delhi.

Does anyone have tranquilizers so I can just sleep my across the Atlantic? I don't mind travel, I just hate that hum in the airplane that you somehow can't block out and it travels up your legs til you can't feel them anymore and it gets into your ears so even though you have your music on you're numb...

And I can't sleep sitting up. Reclining the stupid chair doesn't do anything.

...anyway. I'll be gone til the end of July, hopefully I'll have something nice I can post, photos of elephants or saris or my grandmother or something. Calcutta in the summertime. Though I don't know how much of it I'll see from her apartment.

I'll try to get on at least once or twice while I'm there but it's doubtful--no internet means a trip to an internet cafe with my dad. So.
